Our San Fermin Coffee honors the Festival of San Fermin in Pamplona, Spain. For us, this coffee represents some of the most important aspects of what it means to be human: joy, audacity, courage and togetherness. In Planadas, Tolima the farmers that
produce San Fermin aspire to take every day as an opportunity to improve and share what they have learnt with other farmers that produce coffee for the same group. These growers have made great leaps to consistently produce high quality coffee. Quality for them means fewer defects through specialized tree care, picking only mature cherries, continually improving their processing techniques, and investing back into farm infrastructure. “San Fermin is bright, tropical and complex. Tolima is the third largest coffee producing region of Colombia and accounts for 12% of the country's annual production. Located in west-central Colombia, this region is fully inscribed by the Andean mountains and the Magdalena river basin, making it rather remote and challenging to access. Recently, Tolima has seen a drastic decline in regional conflict, allowing for increased accessibility to these sought after full-bodied coffees. Our Decaf is Decaf that is Swiss water processed for superior taste!
